Totally waste service. Mr. Nithin (apartment incharge) was very rude. We had actually stayed here for a marriage function. We didn't get the sufficient rooms which was the mistake of the people who booked here but when we asked Nithin for extra rooms he responded in a very rude manner that "No rooms available. U can take extra bed which cost 500". Even the room service was not available. Next mrng we ourselves had to go to coffee shop and get coffee even though we informed the incharge person. Only advantage is it's in prime area. Easily accessible to public transport & restaurants available nearby.

I would strongly recommend the stay here. Rooms are clean, Good and spacious. Staffs are polite and helpful. Owner is also supportive. You will get a safe stay here without any problem

Frequently we used to visit your place, but sorry to say that your service people are down right rude and have no manners in behaviours with customers. Upon check-in found toilet flush not working, reported but put the blame on us and the service guy came with the bucket and dropped it in washroom so rudely and said now pour water to flush, in a harsh tone. Is this your hospitality?? One whole day they didn't fix it and had to use bucket, is this why we pay so much for the stay?? Worst treatment

Well, this is the second time we chose to stay here. The first time itself, we liked the location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but at the same time within minutes from it. The facilities provided, the helpful staff, friendly service - everything was up to the mark. We really appreciate the effort to provide an extra cot immediately on request. Obliging to that need for the senior people with us, was very helpful. Response to room service was prompt. On the whole, we would definitely recommend to all our family and friends whenever they visit Madurai.

Good place for short stay, in a quiet area close to restaurants. Well maintained property, clean rooms. About 4 km from Meenakshi temple, so be prepared for auto to cost 150+ each way.

The rooms were big and clean. Initially AC was not working but the staff helped fixing it through a mechanic. The linen used are a bit outdated. kitchen needs a bit of improvement but it was pleasent stay overall in Madurai. would visit them again.

It is a good, clean and neat place. Suitable for large families that want a sense of privacy by booking a whole apartment. Could improve some facilities such as providing a kettle, microwave and simple things like towel rods in all the bathrooms. Linen is a little old and could do with fresh replacements. They provided breakfast and coffee on order which was decent. Overall experience was good for the price. It is in a good locality and has a small cafe on the first floor that offers continental food. You can order in via Zomato and swiggy as well so food is not really an issue.
